- Valsts vides dienesta Dienvidrietumu pārvalde 23.09.2024. veica iesniegtās informācijas izvērtēšanu, lokācijasas vietas noteikšanu un pārbaudi dabā. Tās laikā konstatēts, ka:
1. lokācija ir Meža autoceļa “Kūmu karjera ceļš” (turpmāk MAC), kas atrodas AS Latvijas Valsts meži Dienvidkurzemes reģiona, Pampāļu iecirkņa, 370., 371., 372. kv., Saldus novadā, Kursīšu un Novadnieku pagastā grāvji;
2. Tumšas nokrāsas lietus ūdens ar fenoliem raksturīgu piesmaku konstatēts pie 370 kvartāla 12. nogabala un 371. kvartāla 15. nogabala pieguļošajiem MAC grāvjiem, kur iepriekš minētajiem nogabaliem šā gada pavasarī/ vasaras sākumā veiktas atjaunošanas cirtes/ kailcirtes un kur ūdens grāvjos ir stāvošs;
3. Ūdens nokrāsas un piemakas izcelsme ir dabīgā nokrišņu procesā radusies ūdenim noskalojoties no izstrādātajiem izcirtumiem un noskalojumiem no kokmateriāliem, kas (pēdas grāvī liecina) ir tikuši uzkrauti uz ceļa grāvjiem, tādējādi ar tiem nosedzot saules gaismu ūdenim;
4. Naftas produktu klātbūtne grāvjos vai nolijumi uz vai pie MAC nav konstatēti!
Valsts vides dienests izsaka pateicību par izrādīto interesi vides aizsardzības jautājumos!
South-West Administration of the State Environmental Service 23.09.2024. evaluated the submitted information, determined the location and tested it in nature. During it, it was established that:
The 1st location is the "Kūmu career path" of the forest road (hereinafter MAC), which is located in AS Latvijas Valsts meži Southern Kurzeme region, Pampāļu precinct, square 370, 371, 372, Saldus district, ditches in Kursīš and Novadnieku parish;
2. Dark-colored rainwater with a characteristic phenolic odor was found near the MAC ditches adjacent to the 12th area of block 370 and the 15th area of block 371, where renewal felling/clearcutting was carried out in the spring/early summer of this year and where the water in the ditches is stagnant;
3. The origin of the color and addition of water is a natural precipitation process caused by water washing away from the developed clearings and washings from the timber, which (as evidenced by the footprints in the ditch) have been piled on the road ditches, thus covering the water with sunlight;
4. The presence of oil products in ditches or spills on or near the MAC has not been detected!
The State Environmental Service expresses its gratitude for the interest shown in environmental protection issues!
